Windy Valley Farm was purchased by Mathias Jacoby in 1871 and has been owned and operated by the same family ever since. Formerly a dairy farm, we now raise Christmas trees, Angus beef, hay, and sheep. Cut your own and pre-cut Christmas trees are offered for sale to the public between Thanksgiving and Christmas each year. Other products for sale include wreaths, centerpieces, kissing balls, Frasier fir roping, and yarn and sheepskins.
